Hope you enjoyed the extra long weekend!
As I mentioned on Saturday, we have got a performance coming up on the 24th of May. That means that have one lesson a week before the performance, and another one on the day of the performance, so quite soon!
We have been practising Paganini, from violin star 1, and it would be a really lovely tune to share with friends and family on the 24th of May.
Your mission in the next couple of weeks is to learn Paganini super super well, so well that you can play it without the music. For this you will need to practise and sing a lot at home.
Please practise it in all these different ways:
-Pizzicato
-Arco (that just means with your bow, like we normally play violin)
-Forte (loudly)
-Piano (quietly)
-Faster
-Slower
-Swaying
-Walking around the room
-Bonkers-ly?
-My list could go on and on!! I'll let you come up with a few versions
