    • The RNCM IT department provides IT and telephone services and support to the college.

      We are located on the 2nd floor in the main building, just over the link bridge. Our standard office hours are 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

      Support queries should initially be email to it@rncm.ac.uk

      This will automatically open a new ticket for the job, which will allow us to keep track of it through email.

      What we do:

      Manage the college's computers

      Manage the phone system

      Manage the core IT infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, and the wireless network

      Strategic planning relating to information systems matters

       

      All students and staff are provided with:

      A college email address

      Network file storage

      Access to computers

      Wireless access

       

      By request, we can:

      Help teach you how to use software

      Loan equipment i.e. Mini DisplayPort to VGA adapter

      Show you how to set up laptops and other equipment, for the purposes of giving presentations
