Your college email can be accessed on a variety of devices, including home computers, and most mobile phones with internet access.

For external use - To access your emails through a web browser, after the migration you should use http://outlook.office365.com . Please note that you should use your email address to log into office 365 rather than your username.

 

Once logged In, if you click on ‘Office 365’ in the top left of the screen, you will notice that you now have access to Office 365 web apps such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

To access emails on your mobile device the easiest solution is to install the Microsoft Outlook app and sign in with your email address and password.
If you have your email synced to the iOS mail app and it has stopped working, the quickest way to get it working again is to simply delete the account and re-add it on the device so that it picks up all of the new server settings.  If asked for server name, please use outlook.office365.com and for username, enter your email address.

There are a number of different protocols for accessing your emails. Exchange is the most fully featured, as this also allows the synchronisation of your calendar and/or contacts. Otherwise, you can use IMAP, or POP
