GROUP CLASSES AND DROP-IN CLINICS - SUMMER TERM

As the summer term starts, we know that the pressure starts to increase.  

 

If you are concerned about stress, discomfort/pain, fatigue, posture, movements or if you just want some help to get the most out of your practice sessions and find greater ease and freedom in your music making, we are here to help!

 

The Alexander Technique Team (Su and Pete) will be scheduling a range of sessions to help support you through this term.  All sessions are free of charge, and you are welcome to attend as many as you wish.

Drop-in sessions:

These are open sessions for any student.  If you have a question about your posture or movements, have a concern about stress or pain or are interested in finding out how Alexander Technique can help you, come down to the Alexander Technique Room (in the foyer behind the box office).  

 

Small Group Workshops:

These sessions will be tailored to the needs of whoever signs up.  We can focus on overcoming performance anxiety, coping with the physical and mental demands of the course, finding more comfort and freedom while playing or whatever else you may be interested in.   These are informal, inclusive sessions.   Everyone is welcome regardless of previous experience.
