Well done for all your effort today Thejal. Keep persevering and asking for help if you need it, you're doing really well and everyone finds things hard sometimes :) (myself included!).
This week I'd really like you to focus on 2 things.
1) Feeling really confident with Morning Has Broken.
I don't mind how much you get done, as long as you're confident with what you are doing. Focus on the scale and arpeggio bits first, and then see how many of the inbetween notes you can work out. Aim for two lines. If you find that something is tricky see if you can work out exactly which bit is tricky, and then see if you can figure out why. If you know why then often you can work out a solution :) If you're finding it hard to find a solution, this would be a good moment to ask for some help.
2) Secret note!
Could you please practise your low 2nd finger position? I would like you to play the following on each string:
0 1 low2 high2 3 high2 low2 1 0
Remember to slide your 2nd finger from low to high and back again. This will make a better sound than lifting it up and putting it down again, it also teaches your finger exactly how far it needs to travel :)
