Hello Larks,
Hope you're having a fantastic week!
Just a reminder for you to keep practising the droplets on to the string. Make sure they go 'plop' and not 'splat'! Finger plops, like drops falling into a puddle.
Keep playing Under the Coconut Tree at home, making sure your left hand fingers stay curly and supple. Supple is an interesting word... I wonder if either of you could let me know what it means for you on Saturday.
We have also started working on 'Twinkle Twinkle' which is also in your Vamoosh Book1. In class we did the hand signs and figured out the solfa of the first line. Can you please practice it on your violin at home. I recommend you sing the song as you play, it will help you!
Looking forward to seeing you on Saturday.
Best wishes,
Mari-Carmen
