How do I log in to RNCM Moodle?
Log in using your email address and password, the same as you would for logging into computers in the college or accessing your email. If you are JRNCM student or external user, log in using the email address that was used to create your account.
What should I see when I log in to RNCM Moodle ?
On the homepage, you'll see all the courses you are enrolled on. This will typically be the School that you are studying in, a course page for the programme (e.g. BMus) that you are studying and course pages for the academic modules you are enrolled on in the current academic year.
What do I do if I am not seeing all the correct pages or if there's something missing?
Contact Academic Registry and ask them to check that you are correctly enrolled on the right modules. If you switch module part way through a year, this should be updated in Moodle automatically.
How do I get around the site?
You can use the drop down menus across the top of the screen to navigate around the site. You can also star courses on your 'My Courses' list so that they always appear at the top of your homepage.
