Moodle is the College's virtual learning environment (VLE) and it's where you'll find your course learning materials and activities.
Moodle is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. You can access Moodle via mobile, laptop or desktop computer. You’ll get access to your course materials and other areas of Moodle once you enrol.
On Moodle, you'll find:
- course and module information
- principal study school information
- assessment information
- links to online resources and reading lists
- learning activities
- news and announcements
- sign up sheets for events
- your marks and feedback for assessments

If you are uploading your video clips to YouTube you can edit and combine them using the YouTube editor. Click here for more details.
Apple Mac users can edit the .mov files created by the Zoom recorders using iMovie which comes as standard.
Sadly Windows no longer has a built in editor but there are free options that can be downloaded. One good option is HitFilm Express. Instructions for downloading, installing and suing this are given below.

The Microsoft Accessibility fundamentals is a beginners' course; which is free to complete. It's delivered in 4 modules, lasting 2 hours 25 mins.
Each module is divided into short units. It includes a 'knowledge check'. This assesses if you have understood the module. There is a comprehensive resource list to allow you to explore beyond the module content. The modules are:
- Introduction to disability and accessibility: 31 mins module (5 units), this module covers disability etiquette. It also explores the meaning of the concepts of accessibility, disability, and inclusion
- Microsoft Accessibility Features and Tools: 39 mins module (5 units), this module looks at Windows 10 accessibility features and tools. This includes keyboard shortcuts, Dictation, Ease of Access settings, and Focus assist. It also explores Microsoft 365 features and tools. This includes Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint Designer, and PowerPoint Presenter Coach. Plus Microsoft Translator
- Creating accessible content with Microsoft 365: 51 mins module (7 units), this module covers how to create accessible content with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. It explores the built-in accessibility tools and features of each of these apps
- Digital accessibility: 24 mins module (4 Units), this module shows how to create accessible and inclusive content for mobile apps and the web
