As your warm up this week please could you work on the arpeggio sandwich patterns:
0 2 0
1 3 1
2 0 2
3 1 3
Remember, each note gets higher for example: 0a 2a 0e or 1g 3g 1d etc.
Morning Has Broken:
In the first 2 lines we identified that the walk notes are either little scale patterns or little arpeggio patterns. Please work out and practise the walk notes only. When you're happy with those patterns, play from the beginning by playing the walk notes and then count out loud to 3 for the bars with dotted minims. This is exactly what we did at the end of our lesson a few times.
Ensemble music
Please make sure you have looked at Sarah's ensemble music posts. Make sure you are happy with the notes for Senwa and Tydom Tiddlydom. The music for Senwa can be found on Moodle, or you can work it out using the sol fa, you should have a copy of Tydom from today.
An extra special well done to Mia today for performing Senwa to the whole ensemble so beautifully. Well done for your practice on this, I hope you were very proud of yourself!
