The RNCM IT department provides IT and telephone services and support to the college.
We are located on the 2nd floor in the main building, near to the student pigeon holes. Our standard office hours are 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Support queries should initially be email to firstname.lastname@example.org
This will automatically open a new ticket for the job, which will allow us to keep track of it through email.

By request, we can:
Help teach you how to use software
Loan equipment i.e. Mini DisplayPort to VGA adapter
Show you how to set up laptops and other equipment, for the purposes of giving presentations
