Togetherall: if you are feeling down or going through a tough time you can now access free online support with Togetherall – it is free to all students, you just need to register with your RNCM email. Find out more about Togetherall on the Moodle page.
Student Minds: whether you are looking for support for your own mental health at university, support for a friend or loved one, or for services that might be available to you as a student, help is available. From exam stress to looking after your mental wellbeing, our resources contain detailed information on different challenges that university life can bring.
Samaritans: help with all kinds of wellbeing issues 24/7.
Switchboard: If you identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender, you can call Switchboard on 0300 330 0630 (10am–10pm every day), email chris@switchboard.lgbt or use their webchat service. Phone operators all identify as LGBT+.

42nd street: support and advice for young people's emotional health and wellbeing. They offer a range of one-to-one support as well as groups and creative projects. You can access support face to face or online.
