Alexander Technique

Alexander Lessons are taught in the Alexander Room which is in the Foyer behind the box office.

During the the lesson, your tutor will discuss your individual situation and explain how the sessions will work.  Lessons are taught using very gentle hands-on contact and verbal instruction.  For more information, please get in touch.

Lessons are provided at no cost to the student and an initial block of 4 will be offered to you once you reach the top of the waiting list.
