Key points to remember when you are outside College:
Manchester is a big, vibrant city and we would want you to enjoy all it has to offer. However, like any new big city you still need to be cautious and stay safe.
Keep your personal belongings on you and secure. Try not to use your mobile when outside as it may get stolen from you. Keep it out of sight.
When going out at night always go with friends and stay with your friends. Do not become isolated on your own.
Try to stay on main roads where it is well lit and there are people about. Don’t wander down dark side streets where no one is about.
If travelling on a bus, sit near to the front where the bus driver can see you. Avoid going on the upper deck.
