    On Your Mind


    Join us for a group chat every week for 50 minutes, on Zoom. We focus on strategies to keep our motivation and optimise our wellbeing!

    The sessions are led by two members of the RNCM wellbeing team. They are closed sessions and available for up to 10 students on a first-come, first-served basis. After signing up below, you will receive the details to join the room on the morning of the session. You are welcome to join as many sessions as you like. 

    Feel free to bring a drink and snacks! 
    We look forward to seeing you! The sign ups will be live on the first week of term.

    • On Your Mind April - July 2023

      This term we've added a theme to each of our On Your Mind sessions and we'd love for you to join us to explore these and to share your experiences and tips with other students.

      Although there are topics, the sessions are flexible and will be led by who attends and what you would like to share. 

      Each session will be run by 2 members of our Health & Wellbeing Hub. You can find out more about them here.
