Join us for a group chat every week for 50 minutes, on Zoom. We focus on strategies to keep our motivation and optimise our wellbeing!
The sessions are led by two members of the RNCM wellbeing team. They are closed sessions and available for up to 10 students on a first-come, first-served basis. After signing up below, you will receive the details to join the room on the morning of the session. You are welcome to join as many sessions as you like.
Feel free to bring a drink and snacks!
