Here you can learn about upcoming Wellbeing events at the RNCM, which take place throughout the year. These events areย free of charge.
Throughout the Spring term, the Health & Wellbeing Hub is running a special series of Healthy Mind & Body events, focused on your physical and mental health and wellbeing. These will include everything from Yoga, Dalcroze, and Mindfulness sessions, to Wellbeing coaching, Massage, Visual Health Clinics, Physiotherapy and Alexander Technique Q&Aโs, workshops, and more! Events are being added each week, so do keep checking back.
Space may be limited in some instances, so where booking is required ahead of an event, please ensure to book your place early to avoid disappointment.

Join Alexander Technique tutor Pete Robinson and physiotherapist Teresa Barrett for an engaging discussion exploring common challenges faced by musicians, and how the Alexander Technique and physiotherapy can help to address them.
Discover how these two approaches can work both separately and together to support healthier practice, performance, and long-term wellbeing.
There will be time for questions at the end, making this a great opportunity to ask the things youโve always wanted to know!

Alexander Technique tutor Pete Robinson will be running a friendly drop-in clinic for anyone looking for support with these or related challenges.
The clinic is open to everyone - whether you have previously had Alexander Technique lessons or are completely new and curious to explore how it might help you. Come along for guidance, ask questions, and discover practical ways to improve ease, balance, and wellbeing in everyday activities.
