In this relaxing 45 minute session led by yoga teacher Chloe Fisher, we’ll be releasing mental and physical tension through yoga poses, movement and breathwork. Enjoy moments of stillness and longer held poses alongside flowy, tension releasing movements - leaving you feeling stronger, calmer, grounded and relaxed. All levels welcome, no experience required. Yoga mats are provided.
